There are two levels of service/cost to suit differing client requirements.
Silver With this lower budget service the client does a little more and we do a little less. The work we produce is still of a high standard and fully legally compliant.
Gold For those who prefer a full service approach.
To make things simple we have prepared a document to assist you in understanding our usual fees for each of the tasks we might need to carry out (they do not all always apply) along with an outline of the party wall process.

For Party Wall Matters, these should include a site plan along with proposed and existing plans and elevations. Engineer's drawings would also be useful.
