HOW IT WORKS

Upon presentation of plans (including a site plan, proposed and existing plans and elevations), one of our
team will undertake a desktop investigation and prepare a letter which will offer an reasoned assessment
of the need for notices in relation to relevant neighbouring properties.


This assessment document can be passed to your client to make use of as they wish. 

Further, upon instruction, we will pay you an introduction fee of £100 per matter referred to us. Where there are
multiple adjoining neighbours (which can often be the case), that means multiple matters and multiple introduction fees. 


We encourage you to use this service for all of your residential planning applications.

t can also be backdated for existing clients if you wish.

We recommend the following text is added to all of your quotes (for residential projects):

PARTY WALL NOTICE ASSESSMENT

In addition to planning requirements, there are a number of other matters that will require your attention. 

These include: 


  1. Building Control Regulations.
  2. Thames Water Agreement.
  3. Party Wall Assessment and Administration.

The one that can cause the longest delay is #3 so it best to look into that as soon as possible.

Where notices are not required they will let you know and explain their reasoning (in writing).
